This service is designed for people with busy lifestyles and we can assist in every aspect of caring for your home.  We initially meet you to discuss your needs and to meet you and your home. Here at Keen 2 Clean Coventry we will remember all your needs by devising a unique rota which we adapt to essential cleaning every visit and rotating larger jobs.  You will always find the essential tasks done every visit and a few of the larger jobs too.  You are more than welcome to be home when we visit or make us keyholders. At Keen 2 Clean Coventry our cleaners work in teams of two as we believe two pairs of eyes are better than one.  The cleaners are paired by their strengths so we can cover your home thoroughly and within time.  There is no contract, so you are welcome to try us to see whether our service suits you.

One off Cleaning

Also at Keen 2 Clean Coventry we offer one off cleans to help you out, whether its for a family occasion, pre-Christmas or just spring cleaning.  These are deeper cleans, which can be as thorough as you would like and will include a top to bottom of every room. We also clean washing machines, fridge freezers, ovens, windows, under beds, front and back doors as well as grout cleaning just to save you all the dirty work! These work out cheaper as we work very fast and can achieve all the above in a very short time.

End of Tenancy

We can assist tenants with the return of their deposit by providing an end of tenancy clean, similar to the one off cleaning and can also include carpet cleaning and mould treatment.  You will be provided with a professional cleaning invoice for you to produce for your landlord.  As timescales can be very tight between moving out and returning keys, we can provide a team of staff to get the work done in a very short time.

Landlords

At Keen 2 Clean Coventry we also manage the portfolios of many professional landlords around Coventry who rely on us to carry out end of tenancies within short turnarounds.  Very often we clean these properties weekly on the landlord’s behalf.  It has become a popular way to have damages reported to the landlord and any property or tenant concerns.  We provide great peace of mind that the property is being checked weekly and to ensure no nasty surprises at the end of the term.  We specialize in student cleaning and there is nothing we haven’t seen!  We are very adept at making sure the new tenants see no trace of the previous occupants.  The cost of this may save money in other areas as we can clean decorating to a good standard to save you redecoration costs and have saved many ovens from being replaced.

Offices

Our Office Cleaning Services is a cost effective way to outsource your cleaning needs without any employer liability.  We are insured to work in your offices and do not expect you to pay staff direct.  Keen 2 Clean Coventry provide monthly or weekly invoices for you to pay directly with our office.  The cleaners we employ are adept at being discreet and cleaning offices without disrupting your workload.  Our staff are professional and courteous to any of your staff or clients they may come into contact with.

Oven Cleaning

Our oven cleaning services uses a van mounted dip tank to ensure an amazing result everytime.  We take the panels out of your oven and clean them in the back of our van, meaning all the grease stays in our van and not in your kitchen.  We also take apart your oven door to get in between the layers of glass.  Included in your oven cost is a lightbulb change and filter change should the oven need it.  The end result will be an oven that you can see your reflection in - and that includes the inside!  The chemicals we use are non-caustic so completely safe to be used and you can cook straight away with no waiting time.  An average oven takes around two hours so it is a completely dedicated service for the inside and outside of your oven.  Please see our oven cleaning page above as you will see our oven cleaning brochure with a full pricelist.

After Builders Cleans

If you are a Property company looking for a dedicated team of cleaners to look after your houses as and when they are ready for cleaning then we are more than happy to discuss your needs.  We understand the tight schedules between exchange and completion and also understand the importance of identifying snagging issues.  If you have renovated your own property than a builders clean is for you.  We can deal with the builders dust and grouting dust which seems to cover every surface you touch and get your home ready for living in!
